Returns and Exchanges

TRYING ON YOUR NEW SHOES
We know you will be eager to try on your new shoes. Please take care to keep them in perfect condition and with the original packaging in the event that you need to return or exchange them. We ask that you wear your shoes around the house on carpet or a non-abrasive surface, as we can only accept returns for shoes in as-new condition.

Please re-pack your shoes with all the original packing, the buckles done up and paper inserted. Please understand that we cannot resell goods as new if they have any sign of wear and tear.

REFUNDS
We are happy to refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. Products must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase with the completed return/exchange slip.

Please ensure the shoes are re-packed the way they arrived and with care in order to maintain their original shape. If the shoes are not received by NO RESTRICTION in the original condition they will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

We can only refund back to the credit card originally used for payment.

We can only refund back the cost of the products. If you paid for Express Shipping this amount will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange within 14 days of the date of purchase. Products must be returned within 14 days of date of purchase with the completed return/exchange slip. For exchanges, we offer one free return shipping. If your order needs to be returned a second time return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
We do check all of our shoes individually for imperfections before they are shipped. If for some reason you have received shoes that are faulty and unworn, please email us at hello@norestriction.com.au stating your order number and a photo and description of the problem.  

WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED GOODS
When your return has been received by our team, you will receive an email notification. We will assess the product and you will receive an email from us when your refund or exchange has been approved and processed. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for refunds to show in your account. 

E-GIFT RETURNS
If you wish to return products that were purchased using an e-Gift Card, you are welcome to exchange for another size or receive a store credit.

E-Gift Cards are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
